I recently cancelled an order and should have received a full refund, but it says that I received less than the full amount. I've already contacted the business and they have confirm that they did indeed refund the entire amount to me.

Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question, M.
We can see you're writing in from Calgary – hello from the U.S. If this is in regard to an account with TD Canada Trust, we recommend visiting them at: https://go.td.com/1vT0aGD. Once there, click the 'Contact Us' link at the top of the page. We're certain they will be able to help you to get this resolved.
If this is in regard to your U.S. TD Bank deposit account, we can confirm that we do not charge a processing fee for refunds. There is the possibility that if the transaction was done in Canada, the exchange rate at the time of the refund may have been different than the rate at the time of the purchase, which may account for a difference in dollar amounts. To confirm this, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. We'd be happy to take a look at your account and this refund to provide any information we may have.
We look forward to talking with you soon. Have a great day, M!
