Hello Michael, thank you for writing to us on TD Helps.
If you're unable to log in to your account and believe you have the correct User Name, you may reset your Password by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you are one the Login page, please click on the "Trouble Logging In" link that is located under the password field. Select the account type and type your User Name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions. When you successfully answer the questions given, you will then be asked to reset your Password.
If you're unsure of your User Name or having trouble with resetting your Password, please give us a call and a Banking Specialist will be more than happy to assist you in confirming and/or resetting this information.
