TD Bank uses a third party company who monitors our Customer's Debit Card activities on behalf of the bank. When they detect any unusual or suspicious activity, they will reach out to our Customers at their telephone number on file directly to notify them as soon as possible. The number you provided in your question does belong to our Representatives in this division.
