Good morning, Claude and welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question.
On the U.S. website, www.tdbank.com, Customers can log in using their pre-set user name and password, not a debit card number or access card number. If you have not enrolled for Online Banking yet, you can do so here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your US account number, your US TD ATM/Debit Card, Social Security number, and email address.
If you've already enrolled but are unsure of what your user name is or if you do not have the items needed to use the self-service feature to enroll for online banking, you can call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and speak with a Banking Specialist to help you get back online in no time. After one of our Specialists has verified you with the proper identification information, we’ll be able to assist you in gaining access to your Online Banking.
You could also visit your local TD Bank Store, where a Banking Specialist will be able to help you. Please check here http://bit.ly/TDStores for Store locations and lobby hours near you.
Noticing that you are writing to us from Canada and also referring to your Access Card, we'd like to invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/1wtCEnh. If you're referring to logging in to your account with TD Canada Trust, a similar question was answered by our teammate Emily up north which may help you.
Also, our friends in Canada can assist you further if you have any other questions. Check out their page here: http://bit.ly/1kD3iFr.
Let us know if you have any other banking questions. Have a fabulous day!
