I recently had an automatic payment that went through and an overage charge was added because I had insufficient funds, which I knew was going to happen so I was fine with the one charge. What I am questioning is that there are 4 more charges that I supposedly made that were also insufficient that were allowed to go through and they added charges to them as well. So now I have $175 in insufficient funds fees, most of them for charges that are only $2 or $3 each that should have never been approved to begin with, because it was my understanding that TD bank only allowed one transaction to go through if there was insufficient funds.
