Thank you for looking to TD Helps for assistance today, Erin. We understand your frustration, and would like to help you get back online as quickly as possible.
Before making any changes to your username or password, we recommend checking to make sure that you have entered your credentials as you intended. Please keep in mind that passwords are case-sensitive, and please check to be sure that your Caps Lock key is off.
If you are still unable to log in and believe you have the correct username, you may reset your password by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're at the Log In page, please click on the "Trouble Logging In" link that is located under the password field. Select the account type and type your username. You will then be asked to answer two security questions. When you successfully answer the questions given, you will then be asked to reset your password.
If your account has been locked or you do not recall your username, please contact one of our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562. They will be able to assist you in determining how your account became locked and reset your account access. You can also stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Customer Service Representative will be able to help you. Please visit here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for Store locations and hours near you.
Additionally, please know that you can always check your balance right away by using our self-service phone line at 1-800-YES-2000 or with a Customer Service Representative 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000.
We hope this information was useful, Erin and that you were able to check your balance. Have a wonderful day!
