We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble, James. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
If you are trying to make a payment to your TD Consumer Loan, Auto loan, or Mortgage; there are a few ways we can provide to you in order to do so.
To make a one-time payment, please visit: https://go.td.com/1p7K5PC. You will need your Loan Account Number and the last four digit of the primary borrower's Social Security Number.
When making a payment from an account outside of TD Bank, you would need your account and routing numbers. You may make a payment by contact our Financial Solutions Group Specialist 24/7 at 1-800-937-5020. Visiting a TD Bank Store to make a one-time or recurring payment (using checking account or cash) may also be an option. For a TD Bank Store near you, please look here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
You may also mail in your check payment to: TD Bank, N.A., P.O. BOX 8400, Lewiston, Maine 04243.
For other frequently asked questions regarding loan payments, please visit: https://go.td.com/1BKL0ZI.
If you have a loan through TD Auto Finance, we recommend contacting a TD Auto Finance Representative. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 10:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM to 7:00PM at 1-800-556-8172 to assist you.
We hope these options help, James. Have a good day.
