Thanks for your question, Michael. We'd be glad to help you change your security questions.
If you're able to log onto your account, you can view and change your security questions and answers by selecting the "Customer Service" tab. Once you’re there, under "Self Service" please click on the "Security Questions" link. It will then take you to the "Update Your Security Questions and Answers" page where you can change/update your information by selecting the "Change" link after each question.
