Good morning, Aby, and thanks for joining us on TD Helps today.
We're sorry to hear that you have been locked out of your TD Bank account, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Based on the information you have provided us with, it sounds as if you may have been temporarily locked out of your account; however, if you have just forgotten your password, you're welcome to use our Self Service feature to attempt to reset your password from the comfort of your own home. To take advantage of this feature, please click here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. You will need to select your account type, either Personal or Business, followed by your username. Then, to gain access to your online banking again, we ask that you answer the security questions you selected during your Online Baking initial enrollment.
If you have any trouble using this feature, we apologize for any inconvenience as we ask that you connect with us directly so that we may further assist you. Our Tech Support Specialists are always available to help, 24/7, and can be reached by dialing 800-493-7562. If you'd prefer, you're also welcome to visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Thanks again for coming to TD Helps today, Aby. Enjoy the rest of your Saturday!
