If you've forgotten your Online Banking User Name and Password, we invite you to call one of our Banking Specialists, who will be more than happy to assist you after account verification! Please call us directly at 888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to retrieve or reset your credentials.
Another option you have is to stop in at your local TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours with your valid photo ID, where a Customer Service Representative will be able to help you. Please feel free to check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and hours near you.
If you are referring to your User Name and Password on tdcardservices.com, you can contact one of our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 at 888-561-8861. To reset your User Name and Password for a TD Go Card please call 1-855-219-8050.
