We appreciate you coming to TD Helps, Thomas. We are sorry to hear about your wallet and would be happy to help.
If you do not remember your log in info for your Online Banking, we ask that you connect with us 24/7 at 800-493-7562. After account verification, we would be happy to help.
Although we are unable to provide your account number over the phone or through email, there are other ways to obtain it. You may also view your account number via your paper statements, located at the top right corner of the page. If ordered checks and have received them or if you have checks for your account, your account number can be found on your check. It would be the second set of numbers located at the bottom of the check.
If you had a TD Debit Card and it went missing with your wallet, if you have not done so already, we recommend contacting us immediately to close your debit card for account security. You may do so 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to assist with closing your debit card. After account verification, our Representatives would also be able to submit a request to have a card mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please keep in mind that depending on your Postal Office, your new card will arrive within 7-10 business days and will be sent in a plain white envelope for security purposes. You should expect to receive your new TD ATM/Visa Debit card in the mail and it may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the post office.
Another option you have to close your TD ATM/Visa Debit card is to visit us at your local TD Store. While you're there to close your card, you could also request a new card and you would be able to receive it immediately at the Store. They can also help with your Online Banking and provide you with your Account number. Please see: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find our Stores nearest you.
Please be sure to review your account and if there any unauthorized transactions, please be sure to let us know during your call or visit. If there are any unauthorized transactions, our Specialists would be happy to help and provide the next step you should take.
We hope this helps Thomas and have a great day.
