I have not even been able to access help for my user name and password. How do I reset everything, and finish my application?

From there, you can choose the "Forgot your username?" or "Forgot your password?" link on the right for assistance with resetting either of your credentials. For further tips and solutions please click the "Help" link above the username and password fields.
