This issue has been going on for at least two weeks and I just want to know if there's a problem with the financing. I didn't even get an account number.

Before we begin, as you mentioned that you're concerned with financing for your Samsung, we'd like to take a moment to explain in a bit more detail that, at this time, financing for Samsung is provided by our partner, TD Retail Card Services. While we both share the same TD shield, please understand that we are different entities, and so that we may better assist you with your concerns, we'd like to recommend that you connect with TD Retail Card Services directly.
TD Retail Card Service Specialists can be reached by simply dialing 1-800-252-2551, and are happy to help Monday through Friday, 9am to 9pm, as well as Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
