Welcome to TD Helps, Elizabeth. We'd be glad to help!
Please know that once you close an account, we are unable to reactivate it. This doesn't mean you're unable to open an account though!
We recommend taking a look at the accounts we have to offer. You are able to take a look at checking accounts here: https://go.td.com/2eQORxu and savings accounts here: https://go.td.com/2dIcnAw.
If you're having trouble choosing an account, you are able to use our Checking Selector Tool here: https://go.td.com/KmmHe7 and our Savings Selector here: https://go.td.com/1hXi2wF for a custom recommendation.
Once you're ready to open an account, you are able to do so online by selecting "Open Account," by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or by visiting any TD Store. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Please know regardless of the method you choose, you will need a Social Security Number and a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.).
In regard to making deposits, you are able to use our Mobile Banking App to make deposits on the go! Take a look here: https://go.td.com/2gkUc4O to learn more!
We hope to hear from you soon and thanks for choosing TD!
