But never received a pin. Was wondering if I'm suppose to go in store and set it up or if it will be mailed to me.

If your card still does not have a pin activated, you may dial 888-553-4122, 24/7. By following the prompts, your card will be activated by the end of the call. Please note that the prompt system will ask you to create a PIN for your card.
