Good morning Andrew,
Thanks for getting in touch with us today.
Sorry to hear about your card - we understand that this can be frustrating and are glad to provide you with a few options to get this checked out.
First, we invite you to give one of our Banking Specialists a call. For your convenience, we are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and can review any issues with your Debit/ATM card and help you with a resolution during your call.
You're also welcome to send us a Secure Message, so that we can look in to this for you. To do so, please log in at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. Please submit your inquiry and a friendly Representative will respond shortly.
Or, if you'll be nearby one of our Stores, feel free to stop in during our extended lobby hours. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you. If for any reason you would need a new card, you can also get one right away during your visit! All of our Stores have instant-issue cards available for our Customers.
Since TD Helps is a public forum we're not able to assist you directly here. However, we're positive that one of our Representatives can help you to troubleshoot when you get in touch with us.
Hoping this helps with any issue, Andrew.
All the best to you and have a great week ahead.
Kristen P, Mount Laurel
