Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your mortgage. We are more than happy to help answer any questions you may have here on TD Helps.
Mortgages can be viewed through your online banking profile. A loan or mortgage is available 10 business days after the closure of the loan or mortgage. There are some cases where two online profiles are made and the information matches and or it does not. For example, your middle initial could be included in your mortgage online profile and not be included in your checking account online profile. If the information is identical on both online profiles, then the online profiles can be merged.
If any information is different such as a birth date or social security number, the online profiles would be separate. If the information is different, then proof of identity must be presented to insure that you are the person listed on both online profiles. You may visit your local TD Bank to determine if this is the issue or you may contact our Loan Department at 1-800-937-2020 to speak with a mortgage agent. Please bring an acceptable form of ID; driver's license, state ID, social security card or a passport, to your local TD Bank. You may visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to find your nearest TD Bank.
There are a couple of options you may choose from when obtaining a break- down of your escrow. You may contact our Loan Department at the telephone number above and the agent can provide you with the escrow amount or you can have your request faxed to you. If you choose the fax option, you may send a secured message through your online banking with your fax number or you can request the information by calling the telephone number listed above.
We hope this information helps and enjoy the rest of your day!

Thanks for joining in, Ronald.
As we mention in our reply above, you're able to manage your mortgage online. To add your loan to your online account, we recommend contacting the number mentioned above, visiting a TD Store or sending a secure message.
To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We hope to hear from you soon, Ronald. Have a good day.
