I have a joint account with my husband. Can I deposit a check named after him using the atm machine? He cannot endorse it right now since he is currently out of state.

Thank you for visiting TD Helps today, Cy. We will be glad to assist you.
Since you are referring to your account that both you and your husband are Authorized Signers, you can deposit any check made payable to you, him, or the both of you into it. When depositing the check, we recommend ensuring the check is properly endorsed by your husband if the check is issued to him.
If it's a business account that you and your husband have, then please know that any check deposits into a business account must be made payable to the business itself.
We hope this answers your question CY, but if you have any more please contact Customer Service at 888-751-9000 or visit your local Store. Take a look at http://bit.ly/TDStores to view our hours and locations. Have a great day!
