Hi Kevin! Thanks for writing in. We'd be happy to help.
With a joint account, both you and your wife are entitled to your own individual TD Bank Visa Debit Cards. To obtain yours, you have a couple of options.
Debit cards can be printed on the spot in any of our Stores. Simply stop in with your photo ID and we'd be happy to get you set up with your card right away. To find a Store near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
You may also request that a card be mailed to your address on file. To do this, give us a call at 888-751-9000. We're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to order this for you. If you'd prefer, you can also send us a request through your online or mobile banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. Be sure to include a detailed message with your request that includes your mailing address for verification. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We can't wait to hear from you. Have a great day, Kevin!
