Did not get payment coupons in mail. Do not know how much I owe monthly.
Plus if I pay online, if I pay more, How can I make a note as to what to apply to principle?
Plus...I was not given a unit # on my purchase. I called to pay and lady would not let me pay without a unit #.
The condo I purchased has it's own number. Not a unit. The condos are like houses in blocks of fours each with their individual #'s. see more...
Please help me.
I finally just made a payment online on TD website but made it for more $ since I did not know what I owed. Plus I have been trying to pay for several days and now it will post Nov. 2 and I wanted it to post Nov. 1.

Hey there Julie,
Congratulations on your new home purchase!
We do apologize for any confusion you may have had so far with your monthly payments.
Because TD Helps is not considered a secure forum, we apologize that we're not able to check on your account for you from here. However, we'd be glad to assist you by phone or in person, so that you can find out more about your monthly payments and get started on the right foot.
To reach us by phone, please call our Financial Solutions Group 24/7 at 800-937-5020 using Option 1 to reach us directly. Or, you can stop in to any TD Store listed here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. We may be able to advise you of the date your recent payment was applied and how you might locate your unit number as well, when you get in touch with us. Otherwise, it may be necessary to contact your association for this information.
When paying toward your mortgage principal, you'll have a few options, including making a payment by phone, in-Store or via mail. The option to make a principal payment isn't available online right now and we apologize for any inconvenience this might cause for you. Since it sounds like you may have already paid an additional amount, please reach us as above to request that this amount be applied to your principal as you expect.
We hope this clears it up a bit for you, Julie.
Feel free to let us know about any other questions and enjoy your new home!
