Great to see you on TD Helps today, Anthony! We'll be glad to point you in the right direction regarding your statements.
When it comes to viewing or printing your statements, those functions can only be done by using our full web site. To view your statements, please sign into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq (or here if you're a BusinessDirect Customer: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8). Please know that our site is fully compatible with the newest versions of Internet Explorer or Firefox. Once logged in, you can click on the name of your account which will be listed in blue. Next, click on the "Statements" tab; on the next page you'll see a statement that reads "Statements issued on or after April 2010 are available in Adobe PDF format, so you can print, download or save them for your records at any time." When you locate this, you may click directly on the words "Adobe PDF" and that will take you to the Adobe webpage to update your version if need be. If you already have the newest version available, you can click on "View" next to the Statement you are looking for to save or print it.
We hope this information is helpful and please let us know if you have any additional questions, Anthony. Take care and have a good one!
