Welcome to TD Helps, Olivia. We'd be happy to help you use the Mobile Banking App.
We've noticed that you're writing to us from Canada. Our friends on the Canadian TD Helps Team have answered a similar question to yours found here: http://bit.ly/1DVYDWl. If you would like, you are also able to submit your own question by following the link.
If you are referencing your TD U.S. account and Mobile Banking, you'll be happy to know that receiving a new debit card does not impact your Mobile and Online accounts. If you happen to have trouble logging in to your Mobile Banking App, you are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to help you regain access. You may also visit a TD Store during lobby hours if you happen to be in the States. To take a look at our Store locations and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note that the Mobile Banking app is available for iPhones, Android and Blackberry phones at this time.
We also invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H. The link will direct you to our Mobile Banking page that includes how-to videos, frequently asked questions and more!
We hope this helps, Olivia and have a good day.
