I have a bunch of checks made out to both of us. Can we cash or deposit these if we do not have a joint acct? We each have individual accounts presently

Hi Kate, welcome to TD Helps and congratulations on your marriage!
Currently, checks made out to two individuals need to be deposited or cashed, by both parties visiting a TD Store.
For more direct assistance, we recommend visiting to your Home Store at your earliest convenience. They would be able to provide you with more information specific to your situation. We would recommend also bringing your marriage license and proper identification (Driver's License, State Issued Photo ID and/or Passport).
If you are unsure of your Home Store location, feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and our Banking Specialists can verify the location for you. You may also visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours as well. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
We hope to see you soon, Katie and have a good day!
