Good Morning, Nancy. We're glad you stopped by!
Generally speaking, when your debit card is due to expire, we send a new card to the address on file about a month prior to the expiration date. If you have not received your card yet, you may request for a new debit card to be mailed to an alternate address by sending us a secure message.
To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your mobile banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
In your secure message, we ask that you include your full name, account number, and address in which you'd like us to mail your new debit card to. If you are requesting for the new debit card to be sent to an address other than what we have on file, please include the statement "I take full responsibility for the debit card to be mailed to this alternate address". Once we receive your request, we'll be happy to help!
If you are not currently enrolled in online banking, you may use our self-service option by visiting: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once you're at the page, please select 'Personal' from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Lastly, you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s), and you may send us a secure message including the information mentioned above.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to us by dialing (856)-751-9000, or call us collect from a landline at (215)-569-0518. Our Representatives are available to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We hope you find this information useful, Nancy, and that you have a great day!
