I just opened a checking account online for my daughter but then i saw you offer student checking accounts. how can i change her account?

It's great to hear that your daughter recently joined the TD family! Here at TD Bank, we always want to ensure that our Customers are happy with their account type, as well as the features and benefits that come with it.
In the event that your daughter is not happy with her account type, or if you believe that our Student Checking account may better fit her needs, we invite you to connect with us directly so that we may further assist you! It's important to note that while we're happy to make this change for your daughter, in order to successfully access her account, we will need to speak with a signer on her account. If, at this time, you are not a signer on her account, we recommend that your daughter connect with us directly.
She's first welcome to call and speak with one of our knowledgeable Banking Specialist. For her convenience, they are available to help 24 hours day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. If she'd prefer, she's also welcome to visit her nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. If she's unable to call or visit a Store location, we completely understand, and would like to recommend that she then send us a secure message. To send a secure message, she will first want to log into her TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once she's successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If she has downloaded our mobile banking app for her smartphone, she may also use this method to send a secure message. From her Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
