Hey, Brandy! Thanks for connecting with us via TD Helps. We're happy to respond.
If you applied for your new TD Bank account online or by phone and requested a new debit card during account opening, you should expect to receive your card by mail at the address you provided within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that the arrival time can vary depending on your postal office.
If you would prefer to have a new debit card immediately, you may obtain one by visiting any TD Bank Store nearby you. To find your closest TD Store location, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Banks have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card, seven days a week, and you'll be able to leave with a card in hand! Once at the Store, if you did order a debit card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store representative to close it; since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
If you're inquiring about your debit card because you'd like to set up your Online Banking account, we'll be happy to help you with this once you've made your initial account deposit. If you have, we welcome you to contact our Banking Team 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to get your online account up and running during your call.
We hope this is great news for you, Brandy! Let us know about any other questions and have a great one.
