Welcome to TD Helps Charles and thanks for opening a new account with us and welcome to the TD Family!
If you opened your account online and requested a debit card, you should expect to receive it in the mail within 7-10 business days. Please note: for security purposes the envelope it comes in will be a plain white envelope.
When using the self-service feature via www.tdbank.com to enroll for Online Banking, a TD Debit Card is needed, however; if you do not have a debit card set up for your Personal Online Banking, that’s okay! We can provide other options for you.
If you have made your initial deposit, you may contact us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a dedicated Digital Banking Specialist. After account verification, we would be happy to help get you set up!
You may also visit your local TD Bank Store for assistance. During your visit, our Specialists would be more than happy to help with your Online Banking enrollment and they can also print out a TD Debit Card for you on the spot! If you have already ordered a new debit card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store. If you opened your account online and requested a debit card, you should expect to receive it in the mail within 7-10 business days along with your Hello mailer, which is a welcome letter that does not include account information. Please note: for security purposes the envelope it comes in will be a plain white envelope, with no TD Bank logos.
Let us know if you have any more questions. Have a great weekend!
