Quicken tech support person tells me I need a userID and password from the issuing bank -- you guys. How do I go about obtaining a userID and password? By the way, the Target.com rep I spoke with told me to call Quicken, who told me to call TD Bank. I do not have any accounts at TD Bank.

Hi there Colette,
Good to have you with us and we apologize for any confusion here.
We'd like to let you know that while TD Bank finances Target RED cards, the customer service for these would be handled by Target. We understand that you've already reached out to Target regarding this and apologize for any inconvenience this might be causing.
To set up your online account for your RED card, we can recommend that you visit their site directly, or you can contact Target Credit Services by calling 800-659-2396. Once verified, a Specialist would be glad to assist you in setting up your online account so you can get this connected for downloads to Quicken.
We do hope this will help, Colette and we apologize again for any trouble.
Thanks for the visit and have a wonderful night!
Kristen P, Mount Laurel
