Hi - I just discovered that I was late with my payment and was charged a $25 fee. I always wait for the email alert, which for some reason did not come this month. I wasn't thinking of the payment because of that and I know it's my responsibility but I was wondering if you could adjust it since it's never happened before. I hate to have a strike against me on my credit report. Can you help? Thanks, Amy I can give you account info if you need it.
