I AM WANTING TO RENT A HOME IN NEW YORK AND THE LANDLORD REQUIRES A LETTER OF CREDIT FROM A U.S. BANK FOR THE GUARUNTEE. IF I HAVE A TD U.S. BASED ACCOUNT WITH THE FUNDS REQUIRED WILL I BE ABLE TO GET THAT LETTER OF CREDIT?
