My wife and I have had a joint account at Commerce/TD Bank for 10 years.
Now, my wife is applying to get a Green Card from US INS (Immigration) and they request confirmation
that our marriage is legitimate. One way to prove it is that we have intermingled finances.
Could TD Bank write a letter to whom it may concern that we have had this account together?
I will supply more acct. information if needed.
Would this letter come from my bank branch or from you?
