I took out a loan in 1985 with MS bailey Bank & Sons. I was required to take out a $25K life insurance policy as assurance for the loan. MS Bailey was purchased by Anchor bank/Carolina First/TD Bank. The life insurance company, Symetra, needs proof that my loan was satisfied before they will cash out my insurance policy. Can you please tell me steps I need to take wo have TD Bank give proof that I have no debt with them? Thank you, Bill
