I attempted to transfer money to my debit card from PayPal and got a message that said the amount exceeds the limit, try a lower one. I then did a lower one, same message. What is the limit I can transfer to my card and can I do more than one transfer a day? Again this is a transfer TO my card, which is linked to my checking account.

Happy Tuesday, Frank, and welcome to TD Helps.
We're so sorry to hear that you're having trouble receiving a transfer with your debit card, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Generally, when you use your TD Bank Debit Card, limits are set for debits, and not credits. Because of this, based on the information you have provided, it sounds as if you may be receiving this error with PayPal, and not your debit card. While we would like to confirm this information with you, please understand that TD Helps is not considered a secure forum, and because of this, we unfortunately do not have access to your account or personal information.
As we believe that this error you're receiving may be occurring with PayPal's website, we'd like to recommend that you connect with them directly for further assistance. However, if you'd prefer to verify this information, you're always welcome to connect with us, and we'll be happy to review your account with you.
Banking Specialist may be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000, and for your convenience, they are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You also have the option of visiting your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative, during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you're unable to call or visit a TD Store location, we understand! You always have the option of sending us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We sincerely hope this helps, Frank. Have a great rest of your day!

You are 100% correct, after 8 calls to PayPal, I finally found out there is a daily limit to (non-business) customers. Not TD bank but PayPal, thank you for your time and advice. Yes the problem was not on your end, but theirs.
