Good morning, Andrey and it's nice to have you reach out to us on TD Helps.
When you log in to Online Banking and select the "Transfers" tab, you may transfer funds between your Checking and Savings accounts as long as the transfer amounts do not exceed your available balance. To do so, you may log in via this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. As mentioned before, please select the "Transfers" tab. You would then select the "To" and "From" accounts from the appropriate drop down menus and include the amount to be transferred. Be sure to specify whether or not the transfer is immediate or for a later date before selecting continue. Online Banking will then ask you to confirm your transfer.
If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking and would like to be, you may do so at anytime by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address to complete the process. If you are missing any of the necessary pieces of information or need assistance enrolling, please contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Bank Store during lobby hours. For hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. Whichever you choose, our Representatives will be happy to help you.
Please be aware TD Bank does have limits on the amount available for person to person and external transfers. Generally, all customers are supplied with standard initial limits for this service. Your limits are available to view once you log in to your TD Bank account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. When you navigate to the transfer tab and select the option to send a transfer outside of TD Bank, you can setup your transfer and then click on the 'information' icon to the right of the amount box. This will show you the information for your current monthly, daily, and per transaction limits. Generally, if your account remains with no insufficient funds occurrences for 90 Days after making your very first external transfer, then your transfer limit will be increased automatically to our Standard Limits (at our discretion).
If you find you have any questions about our Transfer services, you're more than welcome to contact a Tech Support Specialist 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
Hope this helps and enjoy your day.
