The first option in determining the status of your application is to call us directly 24/7 at 800-937-5020 and speak with our Financial Solutions Group Specialists. Secondly, you can stop by any TD Store during lobby hours to inquire about the status of your loan application. For lobby hours and locations near you please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, within the first 10 business days after you have applied, we will send you a letter via standard mail with your loan application decision enclosed.
