Thank you for bringing your question to TD Helps today, Kevin.
For a Personal line of credit or Home Equity line of credit account, if you do not advance it, you will not have a monthly payment. However, an annual fee may apply. If you have any additional questions about your TD line of credit account, we recommend reaching out to our Financial Solutions Group 24/7 at 800-937-5020 at your earliest convenience. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location, during lobby hours for assistance. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. Upon proper verification, we will be able to review your line of credit account together with you and answer any questions you may have currently.
Thanks again for your visit today! We welcome you back anytime with any other questions, and take care!
