I'd like to apply online for a line of credit. Is the application binding or can I decide after I see what the APR is? Will it put a mark on my credit history to apply?

Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Angela.
We appreciate your interest in opening a line of credit with us and would be glad to assist you.
TD Bank does offer a variety of lending options for your needs. The first step would be determining which type of line of credit best suits you. We invite you to visit http://bit.ly/1f9XZWu and http://bit.ly/1cJ2lJA for more information on the types of loans we have available. To apply for a line of credit you may apply online or contact our Financial Solutions Group (FSG) Specialists 24/7 by calling 800-YES-5020 (800-937-5020).
Applying for a Line of Credit will create an inquiry mark on your credit score, however that does not necessarily mean it will impact your credit score in a negative way. Feel free to contact our FSG Specialists as they will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about lines of credit and also help with the application process.
Here are some helpful tools TD Bank offers that may help you understand your credit score and report: http://bit.ly/1jOWoe7 and also check out: http://bit.ly/1nUzsyy on how to build good credit score.
If you prefer speaking with a Representative in person, please feel free to stop by a TD Bank Store in your neighborhood during normal lobby hours. They will also be able to assist you with your application. For hours and locations near you please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Let us know if this answers your question and have a nice day.
