Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Mueed! We'd be glad to help.
We appreciate you considering us to handle your accounts and happy to provide you with information about our Small Business accounts. Please check out http://go.td.com/1lWgAhe for information about different Small Business accounts we offer. Also, you can use our Business Checking Selector Tool which will help recommend the account best for you. You can find it here http://go.td.com/1lGeYmw. Our Business Banking Specialists are available to assist you with any questions 24/7 at 855-278-8988 or you can complete a request here http://go.td.com/1z4dclm to schedule a phone call from a Specialist.
Please know that in order to open a business account with us, you must visit a TD Store during lobby hours. You can use our Store locator here http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find the TD Bank Store you'd like to visit.
When visiting a Store, if your business account is going to have multiple signers, please be sure to bring them with you for the account opening process. All signers of the account will need to bring both a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D., etc.) and their Social Security Number. If any of the signers are non-residents of the US, they would need two valid forms of I.D. and a W-8BEN form. You will also need to bring: the Tax Identification Number for the business, legal name, and physical address. For some more information on our Business Resources we invite you to check out http://go.td.com/1k5RiNG.
We hope this helps and have a great day!

Welcome back, Mueed.
If you're not planning on being an authorized signer on the account, then your partner should be able to visit a TD Store to open the business account. We recommend that he reaches out to the TD Store he plans on visiting prior to his trip if he has any further questions.
We hope this clears things up!
