Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Alexey! We're sorry for any trouble that you are experiencing with your online banking and we'll be able to help you.
If you cannot log in, you may reset your password through our self-service option by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you’re there at the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password box. Select the account type, input your User Name and enter in the last 4 digits of your social security number. You will then be asked to answer two security questions; after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password. If you're still unable to log in, feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and a Banking Specialist will be glad to help.
If you're currently using TD Bank BusinessDirect online, please contact a Business Banking Specialist directly 24/7 at 800-493-7562, Option 2, and we'll be more than happy to assist you there with that platform.
If you are referring to a TD Bank Go Card, click here: http://bit.ly/1qcR0B0 to change your password. If you have any questions, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 855-219-8050.
If you are referring to a TD Bank Credit Card, you can contact us 24/7 at 888-561-8861 to speak with a TD Credit Card Specialist.
If you are unable to contact us via telephone, you can visit any local TD Store during lobby hours as a Representative there can assist.
And just in case you are attempting to change the verification password on your account (password placed on your personal account for verification purposes when contacting us over the phone), you may request to change it by visiting your local TD Bank. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any additional questions, Alexey!
