I applied for a loan online. I never received a confirmation email like it send I would? How do I go about getting the email?

We'd like to help by providing you with this information, and so that we may properly do so, we ask that you connect with us directly. There are a couple ways in which you may do so, and you're welcome to pick whichever method is the most convenient for you.
First, you may call and speak with one of our knowledgeable Financial Solutions Group Specialist, who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached at 1-800-937-5020. Once on the phone, they'll be more than happy to go over your application with you specifically, and will be happy to help with your concerns, as well as answer any questions you may have.
