Hello -- I have a new TD loan that I need to make a payment on today. Can I transfer funds from one of my TD Bank accounts to make the payment?

We'd be more than happy to provide you with the convenient ways you can make a loan payment. You do have the option of transferring from your TD Bank account (not including passbook accounts) to your TD Bank loan as long as you're able to view both accounts in Online Banking. To initiate the transfer, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking.
If you're not already signed up for Online Banking, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card number, your Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s). If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
When you're ready to initiate the transfer to pay your TD Bank loan, please follow the bellow instructions:
1. Click onto "Transfers."
2. Enter the amount of the payment.
3. In the "From" field, click onto the drop-down box and choose the deposit account which you'd like the funds deducted from.
4. In the "To" field, click onto the drop-down box and choose the loan you wish you pay.
5. The "Transfer Type" should be on "Immediate Transfer."
6. Click onto "Continue."
7. Review you transfer to ensure all of the information is correct.
8. Click onto "Complete Transfer."
We also have other ways that you can make a TD Bank loan payment. To make a one-time payment, please visit: http://bit.ly/1p7K5PC. You will need your loan account number, the last four digit of the primary borrower's Social Security number along with your account and routing numbers. You may also make a payment by contact our Financial Solutions Group 24/7 at 800-937-5020. Or, you may visit a TD Bank Store during lobby hours to make a one-time or recurring payment (using checking account or cash) may also be an option.
