Hello, my name is Jeffrey,
I'm interested in living in a house outside of my school (Quinnipiac University) in Hamden, CT. I was only curious as to what type of loan this would fall under if I were to take one out under TD Bank to help pay for the monthly rent. It is not university owned but I plan to occupy the house with other current students too. The loan would just be used for me.
