Our BusinessDirect on-line banking is locked... We talked to Customer service last week and they said it should be ok but it is still not working. We are trying to call to Customer service but we are on the line more than 7 minutes and no one is answering?! We are calling from Bulgaria and this costs a lot... We are calling to 1-800-493-7562. Is there any other Customer Service phone?
