I am locked out of my TD account and it has given me a phone number to call for assistance. However, I live in East Africa and it is very difficult for me to call overseas. Is there another way to resolve this issue?

We apologize you're having trouble accessing your account with your Online Banking. Since you are currently located in East Africa, you may dial us direct at 1-856-751-9000 or call Collect with operator assistance from any land line phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
You're are also able to contact any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
