I am locked out of my online personal banking account and I am unable to call TD bank because I am in Spain. I need to know what my balance is in both my checking and savings account before I leave to head home.

To reach us while you're in Spain, you may dial 1-856-751-9000 or call collect by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518, from a land line phone. Please know that we would like to assist you directly however TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum so we are unable to obtain your personal account information.
If you're unable to call to get your Online Banking unlocked and you have an ATM or Debit Card, you may also check your balance at an ATM.
