A month or so ago, I managed to mess up my password too many times when trying to order something online, and I've been locked out of ordering from online vendors using my TD visa debit card ever since. I called the help line as the message told me to, but all they did was reset my password. I thought I'd be able to order after that, but I've just discovered that I can't because I'm still locked out. How can I get this issue resolved?
