I am out of the country and my debit card was locked out. I need your help.

Hi Merardo, thanks for joining us on TD Helps. We're sorry that your debit card was blocked, and we'll be happy to assist.
If you are traveling and did not notify us of your travel plans, your debit card was most likely being blocked by our fraud prevention team. To remove the block from your debit card, we kindly ask that you give us a call at 888-751-9000, where our Representatives are available to assist 24/7. You may also call collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
If you currently have access to your Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
