I have been locked out of my online banking account. I have recently returned to the UK after being in America for the summer and am trying to log in from here but I think my location settings were on so the bank as picked up on it being a different country and locked me out! I have read that the only way to fix this and unlock my account is to call up but I can't call the American number from my English phone! Wondering what I should do! Thanks

Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Beth. We're sorry that you are having trouble with your Online Banking and we'll be able to provide a solution for you.
For the security of your account, once your Online Banking is locked we would have to speak with you directly in order to assist further. Since you are overseas, you can reach us by dialing 1-856-751-9000 or by calling collect, with operator assistance, by asking the operator to call 1-215-569-0518. This call will have to be completed with a land line telephone.
