Good morning Joe,
Thank you for reaching out to us today about this issue and we apologize for the trouble you're having.
If the "Log Off" button appears that it's not working right now, there are a couple possibilities.
First, we recommend checking to ensure that your browser is allowing pop-ups from TD Bank, as the log off process involves a pop-up box that will double check with you to make sure you'd like to complete your log off.
In addition, we also recommend checking your browser, since any issues in accessing any parts of our site or its functionality can be due to that. First, we recommend that you clear the cache and cookies, disable any plug-ins, and restore your browser defaults. If this doesn't correct the problem and you're not using the newest version of your browser, we also suggest making this update. Please note that our website is compatible with the newest versions of most popular browsers. If the issue persists after updating the version, we'd recommend that you try using a different browser altogether.
Additionally, the site will automatically log you off from your online account after a short period of inactivity, so you can be assured that your information is protected.
For any assistance you might need, we recommend that you get in touch with our Tech Support Specialists at any time, 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
We hope this will help, Joe.
Please feel free to reply to continue our conversation if any other thoughts come up. Have a great Sunday afternoon!
