Whenever I go to log-in, there is already my user and password pre-populated in the fields.
But it doesn't work! I always have to delete the prepopulated password and type it in again
in order to log on.
How can I fix this?? I don't mind having the password already in the field, but it don't work!

Based on your question, it sounds as though you may have an Auto Fill feature on your browser. By removing this feature in your browser settings, the issue you've described should be resolved.
